Call to Order
Mayor Evans called the Special Meeting (Executive Session) to order at 3:00 p.m.

Moved by Councilmember Charlie Odegaard, seconded by Councilmember Scott Overton to recess into Executive Session.
Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously

The Flagstaff City Council recessed into Executive Session at 3:01 p.m.

Sections 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4), respectively.

The public body shall provide the officer, appointee or employee with written notice of the executive session as is appropriate but not less than twenty-four hours for the officer, appointee or employee to determine whether the discussion or consideration should occur at a public meeting, pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.03(A)(1).
