Call to Order
Mayor Evans called the Special Meeting (Executive Session) to order at 4:30 p.m.

Moved by Councilmember Jim McCarthy, seconded by Councilmember Scott Overton to recess into Executive Session.
Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously

The Flagstaff City Council recessed into Executive Session at 4:31 p.m.
