Moved by Councilmember Charlie Odegaard, seconded by Councilmember Jamie Whelan to recess into Executive Session
Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously

Executive Session:
The Flagstaff City Council recessed into Executive Session at 4:54 p.m.
