Mayor Evans called the Special Meeting (Executive Session) to order at 4:31 p.m.

Moved by Vice Mayor Adam Shimoni, seconded by Councilmember Austin Aslan to recess into Executive Session.
Vote: 6 - 0 - Unanimously
