Call to Order
 Chairman Wheeler called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

GENERAL BUSINESS
 
A.
Discussion: Case No. PZ-19-00187 Request for a work session with the Planning and Zoning Commission to discuss the applicant’s (Rick Schiller, Woodson Engineering) request to amend Section 10-90.40.030 of the Zoning Code, the Rural Floodplain Map, to change the Rural Floodplain designation to Urban Floodplain on a approximate 4.46-acre parcel located at 3451 East Lake Mary Road.
Dan Symer, Zoning Code Manager, gave a PowerPoint presentation about the proposed amendment to the rural floodplain map and answered questions from Commissioners.

Rick Schueller, Woodson Engineering, gave a PowerPoint presentation about the proposed amendment and answered questions from Commissioners.

No formal action is held on this item.
 
B.
Discussion: Southside Community Specific Plan 60-day Public Review
Sara Dechter, Comprehensive Planning Manager, gave a PowerPoint presentation on the proposed Southside Community Specific Plan and answered questions from Commissioners.
 
6.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS TO/FROM COMMISSION MEMBERS
Mark Reavis, Historic Preservation Officer introduced himself to the Commission

Ms. Pucciarelli gave an update on future meetings

Commissioner Jones would like to see a presentation on the Rio De Flag project on a future agenda

Mr. Symer gave an update on future text amendments
