CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Permit 14-1927 has been rejected. Work should not have begun before the issuance of a permit. Immediately cease all work requiring a permit until you have obtained a permit.
- Repair all fire damage that has occurred, including but not limited to the damage to the roof, exterior walls, windows, doors and ceiling.
- Paint the structure where peeling of paint, fire damage and other deterioration has occurred.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $250.00 per day be assessed.
