ACTION DATES:
1. January 15, 2019 Special Magistrate Ross found the owner, Calvin Walker, responsible for the violations and provided 60 days to address violations or fines could accrue.
2. March 19, 2019 - an inspection found that permits were issued and some work was done and inspected. Permits expired and were not renewed. An Affidavit of Non-Compliance was recorded and fines began.
3. A request for reinspection was completed on January 6, 2020. An Affidavit of Compliance dated January 6, 2020 was recorded. Fines began on March 19, 2019 and ended on January 6, 2020, and total $29,340.00 which includes $40.00 recording fees.
