CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- House needs to be secured. Please make sure plywood used to cover windows are painted same color as structure.
- Remove all miscellaneous items being stored throughout yard.
- A small portion of front yard needs to be cut.
- All rotten wood throughout house is to be replaced. This should be completed by December 8, 2014. A permit might be required. If you have any questions about the permit, please contact the Building Department at 772-460-3000.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $100 per day be assessed.
