CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please repair fence located throughout the property.
- Please repair missing and torn screens that covers the pool. A permit for the fence and the pool screening may
- be required. Please contact the Building Department at 772-467-3718 for any additional information.

- Please paint the trim of the house.
- Please remove wood and any other miscellaneous items located throughout the property.
- Please repair rotten and fallen soffits that are located throughout the property.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 5 days to comply or a fine of $150.00 per day be assessed.
