CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Please paint or pressure wash home where molding or deterioration has occurred
2. Please pressure wash driveway.
3. Although all plywood on windows must be removed, plywood where AC unit is located may stay but must be painted same color of home.
4. Please repair all rotten wood located throughout the house. A permit may be required. If you have any questions please contact the building department at (772) 467-3000.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $150 per day be assessed.
