SUBJECT:
(1) Public Hearing for State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) for Fiscal Years 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018.
(2) Adopt Resolution No. 15-R10 - Approving the Local Housing Assistance Plan as required by SHIP.

SUMMARY:
The SHIP LHAP is designed to set forth strategies to increase the delivery of affordable housing within the City limits for the next three years.Upon City Commission's adopting resolution to approve, SHIP LHAP will be submitted to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
RECOMMENDATION:
Allow Public Hearing and adopt resolution to approve SHIP LHAP for 2015-2018.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not allow Public Hearing and do not approve SHIP LHAP for 2015-2018.
