CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

  1. Please secure the pool area (fix screen, use safety fence or use plywood) so that it is not open to anyone who could fall in.
  2. Please treat the stagnant water for mosquitoes so they cannot hatch.
  3. Please secure all openings including all windows and doors with plywood and paint in a workmanlike manner to match the structure.
  4. Please remove all outside storage of concrete blocks, scrap wood, black plastic pipe, and any other miscellaneous items from the outside.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
