March 4, 2020 Special Magistrate Ross found David Smart responsible for the violation and gave him 10 days to comply or a fine of $50.00 per day would be assessed.
ACTION DATES:
- March 23, 2020 an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
- June 17, 2020 the Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien was recorded.
- July 7, 2020 an inspection was made, the property is now in compliance, the fines stopped.
- August 7, 2020 received a request for reduction from Mr. Smart.
