CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please paint the exterior structure of the house where dirt, mold and peeling/discolored paint is present including the trim of the house. Please pressure wash or paint the concrete wall.
- Please repair rotten wood located on the south side of the property. A permit may be required. Please contact the Building Department at 772-467-3718 for any additional information.
- Please repair window located on the south side of the building. A permit may be required. Please contact the Building Department at 772-467-3718 for any additional information.
- Please properly repair damaged fence located throughout the property.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $250.00 per day be assessed.
