Resolution 20-R44 Appointing members to the Communitywide Council

There are currently two vacant seats on the board; target area and an at large seat.
RECOMMENDATION:
Consider appointment of Jermaine Chad Ingram, target area, and Wyatt Hayes, at-large area; applications attached.
