ACTION DATES:

1. November 19, 2019 - Special Magistrate Ross found 1008 Bell Ave LLC responsible for the violation and gave them 90 days to obtain a permit for the change of use, or a fine of $100.00 per day may accrue until the violation is complied.
2. February 27, 2020 - a 90 day extension was provided.
3. August 3, 2020 - no permit was obtained, an Affidavit of Non-Compliance was recorded and fines began to accrue at $100.00 per day.
4. As of September 10, 2020, the fines total $3,830.00, which includes $30.00 of recording fees.
