- Pool needs to be cleaned and kept that way to avoid insects to breed.
RECOMMENDATION:
- The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 0 day(s) to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
- If the violation is not corrected within the time given, the City is to take the necessary steps to remedy the violation(s), the cost of which is to be assessed as a special assessment lien against the property.
