SUBJECT:
Approval to award Bid No. 2020-045 for Sale of Surplus Property at 708 N 18th Street to highest ranked responder, Tyese Miller.
SUMMARY:
On October 14, 2020, the CRA Advisory Committee evaluated the bids in response to Bid No. 2020-045 – Sale of Surplus Property at 708 N. 18th Street. The advisory committee members scored the responses with respect to economic impact, proposed utilization of the property, and CRA goals. The CRA Advisory Committee recommends that the bid be awarded to the highest rank respondent, Tyese Miller.
RECOMMENDATION:
Award bid to highest ranked respondent.
ALTERNATIVES:
Approval to award bid to second highest ranked respondent or to have new bid issued.
