SUBJECT:
Approval to award Johnson-Davis, Inc. a construction contract in the amount of $102,438.62 for stormwater improvements in the Rio Vista Drive and Thumb Point Drive areas.
SUMMARY:
Two specific areas, Rio Vista Drive at Ocean Drive and Thumb Point Drive near Tradewinds Avenue are prone to flooding. Engineering plans have been developed to alleviate these drainage problems and Johnson-Davis, Inc. has provided the attached proposals to complete the necessary drainage improvements.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval
