ACTION DATES:
1. March 20, 2019 - Special Magistrate found owner, CJBR N 22nd St LLC responsible for the violation and provided 60 days to obtain the permit or a fine may begin to accrue.
2. May 20, 2019 - Notice of Extension of Time (90 days) was provided.
3. October 30, 2019 - Affidavit of Non-Compliance was recorded and fines began to accrue.
4. December 10, 2019 - An Affidavit of Compliance was recorded when the permits received their final inspections and were complied on December 4, 2019. Fines stopped on this date and totaled $4,360.00 including $60.00 in recording fees.
5. December 17, 2019 - a Massey Hearing was held and the Special Magistrate agreed to reduce the fine to $575.00 to be paid in 6 months.
6. The reduced fine was not paid within the time allotted and the fine reverted to the original amount of $4360.00. On August 4, 2020 a Lien was filed and recorded.
