SUBJECT:

Resolution 21-R11 authorizing the sale of the parking lot adjacent to 505 N. 7th Street to Dreamchasers Preschool, LLC.

SUMMARY:

Staff seeks City Commission approval for the sale of the parking lot adjacent to 505 N 7th Street (Described as: Avenue E, Parcel ID 2410-601-0137-000-9, with a legal description as follows: Fee and May's Re-S/D BLK K LOTS 4 and 17 (MAP 24/1 0C). This property was declared surplus by Resolution 20-R42 on September 21, 2020. 

One bid was received, the City of Fort Pierce Planning Board reviewed the proposal and after careful review and consideration, recommended the sale be awarded to Dreamchasers Preschool, LLC in the amount of $1.  Details of the bid are attached. 
  

RECOMMENDATION:

Approval of the sale to Dreamchasers Preschool, LLC.
