  1. Driveway needs to be pressure washed.
  2. Please remove all miscellaneous items being stored throughout yard. Carpet on front porch needs to be removed as well as orange item sitting in front yard on east side of property. 

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $25.00 per day be assessed.
