301 S. Ocean Drive
  • Approval of a twelve (12) month lease agreement
  • Discussion on possible demolition of existing commercial structure for the expansion of the parking lot

SUMMARY:

At the July 28, 2020 FPRA meeting, the board approved entering into a one (1) year lease agreement on this facility that is currently being operated as a convenience store. This lease calls for a one (1) year period effective August 6, 2020 and includes payments totaling $2,130.00 per month.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval of the lease agreement and the expansion of the parking lot.

ALTERNATIVES:

Staff will proceed as directed by the City Commission
