SUBJECT:
Proposed streetscape and landscape improvements for the revitalization of Avenue D from US Highway 1 to North 29th Street.
SUMMARY:
At the October 27, 2020, FPRA Regular Meeting, staff presented an overview of the Lincoln Park Vision and the proposed Means Court Regeneration along with the results from a community survey. A concept to revitalize Avenue D, between U.S. Highway 1 and North 29th Street, was part of the proposed plan presented for review and discussion.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the proposed concept and authorization for staff to proceed to procurement for contractual services
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA board.
