SUBJECT:
Approval of Request for Proposals for the Utilization of Means Court Center.
SUMMARY:
During the October 27, 2020, FPRA Regular Meeting, staff presented an overview of the Lincoln Park Vision, the proposed Means Court Regeneration, and the results of a community-wide survey. In addition, input was gathered from local citizens regarding the utilization of Means Court Center, formerly known as Means Court Elementary School. With the FPRA's support of the vision, staff proceeded with developing a draft RFP for the Boards' review and approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of the request to advertise for requests for proposals and authorization for staff to proceed to procurement for contractual services.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will adhere to the direction of the FPRA board.
