1. Please remove all trash, carboard boxes, bricks and all other miscellaneous items located under carport and throughout yard.
2. Please remove all indoor chairs, fans and all other indoor furniture located under carport. All indoor furniture must be kept indoors at all times.
3. Please trim all overgrown bushes, trees, shrubs and grass.
