SUBJECT:

Approval of North 17th Street Roadway Improvements Change Order No. 1 in the total amount of $211,431.88.

SUMMARY:

This change order includes compensation for additional work on the North 17th Street Roadway Improvements. Changes include addition of drainage structures and pipes, paver crosswalks, conduit installation and a 10-inch forcemain. Changes also includes the removal of trees, an existing underground drainage structure and pipe. 

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval

2. SUR Expense - Account No. 114-1111-519-6321 in the amount of $32,029.79
3. SMU Revenue - Account No. 403-4300-530-6330 in the amount of $116,877.09 with FPUA reimbursement in the amount of $102,400.05
