The applicant / proposed buyer, Vincent Marcellino, 8015 Plantation Lakes Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986, is asking to waive all fees in the amount of $6,209.20, which requires the item be pulled from the Consent Agenda with a direct vote of the City Commission.
