Resolution 21-03 authorizing the sale of 414 Avenue D to the successful bidder, 5 Star Car Repair, LLC.
SUMMARY:
Staff seeks FPRA Board approval for the sale of 414 Avenue D, Fort Pierce, to 5 Star Car Repair, LLC in the amount of Twelve Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($12,000.00) as determined by the FPRA to be the highest bid for the Real Property.
RECOMMENDATION:
