Lincoln Theater Restoration Update
SUMMARY:
The FPRA Board previously approved funding to revise the plans for the Historic Lincoln Theater Restoration Project. REG Architects and representatives of the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Committee will provide an update outlining the scope and estimated budget for the master plan for the project moving forward.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends initiating the construction design and the search for a consultant project manager.
ALTERNATIVES:
Staff will proceed as directed by the FPRA Board.
