SUBJECT:
Request by Mr. Michael James Beck to reduce lien in the amount of $376,980.00 to $7,500.00
SUMMARY:
Mr. Beck purchased this distressed historic structure and made the necessary improvements to comply the code violations. He plans to fully rehabilitate the structure and operate his business there. Both parties agreed to the reduced amount, which is roughly 10% of the listed property value.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve reducing lien to the amount of $7,500.00.
