SUBJECT:
Resolution 21-10 authorizing the sale of 2002 Avenue M to the successful bidder, Progression Properties, LLC.
SUMMARY:
Staff seeks FPRA Board approval for the sale of 2002 Avenue M, Fort Pierce, to Progression Properties, LLC in the amount of Four Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($4,800.00) as determined by the FPRA Board to be the highest bid for the Real Property.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve FPRA Resolution 21-10
