Police Department Annual/Blanket Purchase Orders for FY2022

SUBJECT:

Approval of annual blanket purchase orders for the Police Department for FY2022 for a total of $469,233.

SUMMARY:

All the Police Department Divisions will purchase equipment, services, and materials from the vendors with the best prices and products to meet the Police Department's specific needs. Please see the attached list for the amounts and descriptions of the requested vendors.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval of this request.

ALTERNATIVES:

The alternative would be to issue individual purchase orders for every purchase, which would be very time-consuming and will lead to inefficiencies.
