The City of Fort Pierce is the owner of real property located at 133 North 10^th Street, identified by Parcel ID: 2409-513-0010-000-9, with a legal description of: FAIRMAUR PARK BLK 3 LOT 2 (OR 4080-2366). The subject property is mostly cleared, rectangular in shape and consists of +/- 0.22 acres or 9,504 square feet.

The subject property was declared surplus by the Fort Pierce City Commission on January 19, 2021, via Resolution 21-R10. Bid number 2021-025 was issued on March 29, 2021. The City received five (5) responsive bids for 133 North 10^th Street. City staff evaluated the responses cumulatively as follows:

Bess in the amount of Thirteen Thousand and One Hundred Dollars ($13,100.00) as determined by the City Commission to be the highest bid for the Real Property.
