CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Please pressure wash and paint restaurant where molding, chipping, grease stains and deterioration has occurred.
2. Please remove cardboard boxes, toilets, wood, metal, buckets, cleaning supplies and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.
3. Please keep grease trap container closed at all times.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $150 per day be assessed.
