CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please replace the garage door, repair rotting wood, and paint in a workmanlike manner.
- Please contact the Building Dept. at 772-467-3000; this work will require a permit.
- Please remove all outside storage of inside furniture including the high chair.
- Please cut all grass and trim all landscaping from around the house and garage including the bushes and trees so that they have a neat appearance from the street.
- Please put all trash cans on the side or rear of the property unless on pickup days.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $50.00 per day be assessed.
