SUBJECT:

Approve request to reduce Code Enforcement lien in the amount of $1,098,290.00, against 1810 S 8th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34950 - Parcel ID Number 2415-702-0010-000/8, owned by Lajeunne Beausejour to $2,000.00, to be paid within twelve (12) months.

SUMMARY:

Request by applicant, Maria Beausejour, to waive the lien in the amount of $1,098,290.00.

RECOMMENDATION:

The Special Magistrate, having heard the request of the owner, and testimony of Staff, recommends reducing the lien in the amount of $1,098,290.00 to $2,000.00 payable in twelve (12) months.
