SUBJECT:

Approval of the First Amendment to the Development Agreement for Oaks at Moore's Creek Phase II.

SUMMARY:

This First Amendment amends the Agreement for Development of Oaks at Moore's Creek executed by and between OMCII, LLC (formerly Stuart & Shelby Development, Inc. and East to West Development Corporation) and Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency on December 2, 2019.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the First Amendment to the Development Agreement for Oaks at Moore's Creek Phase II.

ALTERNATIVES:

Deny or make revisions to the First Amendment to the Oaks at Moore's Creek Phase II Development Agreement.
