2. A Notice of Extension of Time providing 90 days from the expiration of time provided in the Order of Violation was recorded on September 2, 2021, nunc pro tunc April 17, 2021.
3. An Affidavit of Non-Compliance was recorded on September 2, 2021, and a fine of $100.00 per day began accumulating.
