SUBJECT:
Approval of First Amendment to Agreement for Purchase and Development of Fisherman's Wharf
SUMMARY:
The City of Fort Pierce and Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency entered into an Agreement for Purchase and Development of Fisherman’s Wharf with Pierce 1 Marina, LLC on August 16, 2021. The first amendment is to further extend the deadline for the City to cure the title objections and survey objections. The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency Board approved the amendment on March 8, 2022.
