SUBJECT:

Approval to initiate a purchase order with Selectron in the amount of $22,800.00 for an interactive voice response system upgrade with managed services for the Building Department. 

SUMMARY:

The current IVR system has reached its end of life cycle and will be decommissioned.  The update will give us the latest hardware and software and also will provide managed services.
