CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Place address numbers and unit numbers to be visible from the roadway.
2. Remove the pallets on the north side of the building, the trash from around the building, the parking areas, and anywhere else on the property.
3. Repair the wall along the east side of the property.
4. Paint the parking stops and restripe the parking spaces.
5. Paint the north and south sides of the second floor.
6. Pressure wash all walkways, stairways, and the ice machine

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
