CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Please remove all trash, wood, pans, buckets, wood, tools, and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.
3. Please remove all wooden chairs and all other indoor furniture located under car port. All indoor furniture must be kept indoors at all times.
4. Please pressure wash and paint where molding, chipping or deterioration has occurred.
5. Please repair trim and any other areas throughout home where rotting has occurred. A permit may be required. If you have any other questions, please contact the building department at (772)467-3000.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $150 per day be assessed.
