SUBJECT:

Approval to contract with FPUA for the purchase and installation of street lighting along Beach Court between Florida Avenue and Delaware Avenue at a cost not to exceed $74,540.19.

SUMMARY:

The Beach Court Roadway Improvement project (Bid No. 2022-014) includes the installation of eighteen streetlights and associated appurtenances between Florida Avenue and Delaware Avenue.  In an effort to reduce project costs, staff requests that approval for the purchase and installation of the required street lighting be directed to FPUA in an amount not to exceed $74,540.19.

RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval
