CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Please move all trash/recycling containers to the side or rear of structure on non-collection days
2. Please remove all tools, wood, construction materials, tires, buckets and any other items in the above-mentioned ordinance and store out of public view, a garage, or shed.
3. Please pressure wash and paint where molding, chipping or deterioration has occurred.

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $150 per day be assessed.
