May 7, 2014 Special Magistrate Ross found Custodio Pereira, Jr. in violation of Section 5-370 and issued an order to remove the fallen tree within 30 days or a fine of $250.00 per day would be assessed until the violation is complied.
ACTION DATES:
- May 7, 2014 an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance and the fines began.
- January 30, 2015 the Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien was recorded.
- February 18, 2015, an inspection was made, the property is now in compliance and the fines stopped.
