SUMMARY:
Lucas Marine (LMAC) has reached substantial completion for Phase I. Staff is compiling and reviewing closeout documentation.
LMAC has started restoration efforts at the Moore's Creek staging area. This includes landscaping, curb replacement, seawall repairs and resurfacing. They hope to complete all restoration by March 28, 2014.
