CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Repair or replace the trim on the front and back of the home where it is rotting.
2. Repair or replace the screen framing and screens, you will need to check with the Building Department about permit requirements.
3. Paint the bare wood boards over the windows to match the home and paint the trim around the home where it is peeling.
4.Pressure wash the north side of the home where it is discolored. If this does not work then paint it.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
