CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Please remove all garbage, tents buckets, shopping carts, coolers, boxes, and other miscellaneous items located on property.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $150 per day be assessed. Additionally, the City requests that if the violations are not complied within the time permitted, that the City take the necessary actions to remove the nuisance from the property and that the cost of such removal be assessed against the property.
