CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Store trash, yard, and recycle bins to the side or rear of the home.
2. Provide proof of valid registration and operability for the boat and trailer in both the south side yard and backyard.
3. Refrain from parking in the front yard.
4. Remove, bring in, or place in a shed the car parts, tarps, containers, tools, tanks, and all other loose items from the driveway and yard.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
